Returns Policy

All our bears and soft toys can be personalised uniquely for our customers, as a result we are unable to accept returns for any reason. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations in the United Kingdom.

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty this must be reported to us within 48 hours along with ideally photos and a description of the issues. We will then check this to the original order, if an error has been made on our part then we will either offer a full refund including return postage after receiving the order back or send out a replacement item if that makes more sense for all involved.
